If special elections are called upon the same question or questions within all or any part of any landowner-voter district, and any city or registered-voter district, the provisions of Section 57125 shall apply, except that, as to the landowner-voter district, the provisions of its principal act shall govern the qualifications of landowner-voters, the number of votes which each landowner-voter is entitled to cast, the manner of voting, and the form of the ballot.
