Cal. Gov. Code § 58133

Formation

Known as the District Organization Law

The act spans §§ 58000–58200 (45 sections).

Added by Stats. 1951, Ch. 331.

Immediately after the passing of the resolution declaring the organization of the district, the clerk shall file a certified copy of the resolution with the Secretary of State and for record in the office of the county recorder of each county in which any land in the district is situated. Upon such filing the organization of the district is complete.
