Cal. Gov. Code § 61021

Initial Board of Directors

Known as the Community Services District Law

Added by Stats. 2005, Ch. 249, Sec. 3

(a) Except as provided in this chapter, the initial board of directors shall be elected.

(b) The directors may be elected by one of the following methods:

(1) At large.

(2) By divisions.

(3) From divisions.

(c) The elections and terms of office shall be determined pursuant to the Uniform District Election Law, Part 4 (commencing with Section 10500) of the Elections Code.
