The Bay Area Housing Finance Authority and Governing Board
Known as the San Francisco Bay Area Regional Housing Finance Act

Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 598, Sec. 1
(a) The authority board shall hold its first meeting at a time and place within the San Francisco Bay area fixed by the chair of the authority board.
(b) After the first meeting described in subdivision (a), the authority board shall hold meetings at times and places determined by the authority board.
