Cal. Gov. Code § 8680.3

General Provisions and Definitions

Known as the California Disaster Assistance Act

The act spans §§ 8680–8692 (42 sections).

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 461, Sec. 4

“Disaster” means a fire, flood, storm, tidal wave, earthquake, terrorism, epidemic, or other similar public calamity that the Governor determines presents a threat to public safety.
