Cal. Gov. Code § 8806

General Provisions and Definitions

Known as the Public Broadcasting Act

The act spans §§ 8800–8846 (46 sections).

Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 1227.

“Public broadcast programming” means programming intended for presentation on public broadcast stations, including, but not limited to, public affairs, cultural, and instructional programming.
