Known as the Public Broadcasting Act

Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1104, Sec. 3

There is hereby appropriated to the California Public Broadcasting Commission the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) from the General Fund to the California Public Broadcasting Fund for direct grants in fiscal year 1983–84 to the five minority-controlled and operated public radio stations that, as of January 1, 1983, have been qualified by the commission in California to assist in their development, operation, interconnection, and programing.
