Definitions

Known as the Government Claims Act

The act spans §§ 810–998 (301 sections).

Added by Stats. 1963, Ch. 1715.

“State” means the State and any office, officer, department, division, bureau, board, commission or agency of the State claims against which are paid by warrants drawn by the Controller.
