Actions Against Vessels

Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 517, Sec. 261.

The owner, or the master agent, or consignee of the vessel, may, on behalf of the owner, appear and answer or plead to the action and may object to the undertaking filed on behalf of the plaintiff.
