Cal. Harb. & Nav. Code § 5800

General Provisions

Enacted by Stats. 1937, Ch. 368.

“Harbor,” as used in this part, includes any bay, harbor, inlet or other arm of the sea in which the tides of the Pacific Ocean ebb and flow, or any navigable water of the Pacific Ocean suitable for the anchoring and docking of vessels.
