Cal. Health & Safety Code § 109370

Prohibitions and Enforcement

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

Except as provided in Section 109335, a violation of this article and Article 1 (commencing with Section 109250) is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not exceeding one year, or in the state prison, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both the imprisonment and fine.
