General Provisions and Definitions

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

“Labeling” means any label or other written, printed, or graphic matter upon a food, drug, device, or cosmetic or upon its container or wrapper, or that accompanies any food, drug, device, or cosmetic.
