Cal. Health & Safety Code § 110120

General

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

If no substantial objections are received and no hearing is requested within 30 days after publication of a newly proposed state regulation, it shall take effect on the date set by the department. The effective date shall be at least 60 days after the time for filing objections has expired.
