Misbranded Food

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

Any food is misbranded if it is a confectionery and contains alcohol in excess of 12 of 1 percent by weight and that fact does not appear on the label for the food.
