Potentially Hazardous Food

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

Except as provided in Section 113995, it is unlawful for any person to transport, hold, or display any potentially hazardous refrigerated food at any temperature above 45 degrees Fahrenheit.
