Misbranded Drugs or Devices

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

A drug or device is misbranded if it was manufactured in this state in an establishment not duly licensed as provided in this part.
