Misbranded Drugs or Devices

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

It is unlawful for any person to alter, mutilate, destroy, obliterate, or remove the label or any part of the labeling of any drug or device if the act results in the drug or device being misbranded.
