Cal. Health & Safety Code § 111929.2

Inhalable Products

Known as the Sherman Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Law

The act spans §§ 109875 to 111929.5 (490 sections).

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 576, Sec. 10

An inhalable product shall not contain any of the following:

(a) Flavorings other than natural terpenes.

(b) Polyethylene glycol (PEG).

(c) Vitamin E acetate.

(d) Medium chain triglycerides (MCT oil).

(e) Squalene or squalane.

(f) Any other substance that the department finds to be a danger to public health.
