Federal-State Agreements

Known as the Radiation Control Law

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6

The Governor, on behalf of this state, may enter into agreements with the federal government providing for discontinuance of certain of the federal government’s responsibilities with respect to sources of ionizing radiation and the assumption thereof by this state. The agreements shall become effective only when ratified by law.
