Cal. Health & Safety Code § 12092

General

Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 734, Sec. 2.

Any person who violates any of the requirements prescribed by regulation adopted pursuant to Section 12081 or 12151 shall be assessed a civil penalty of up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation.
