Animal Control

Known as the The Dog Act

The act spans §§ 121875–121945 (24 sections).

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 7

For the purposes of this chapter, “sentry dog” means a dog trained to work without supervision in a fenced facility and to deter or detain unauthorized persons found within the facility.
