Cal. Health & Safety Code § 12517

General Provisions and Definitions

Known as the State Fireworks Law

The act spans §§ 12500–12728 (167 sections).

Repealed and added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 1109.

“Licensee” means any person 21 years of age or older holding a fireworks license issued pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 12570).
