A local EMS agency may develop a community paramedicine or triage to alternate destination program that is consistent with the Emergency Medical Services Authority’s regulations and the provisions of this chapter and submit evidence of compliance with the requirements of Section 1841 and Sections 1842 and 1843, as applicable, to the authority for approval pursuant to Section 1835.
