Cal. Health & Safety Code § 25200.13

Permitting of Facilities

Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 719, Sec. 5.

For purposes of Sections 25200.11 and 25200.12, “offsite facility” means a facility that serves more than one generator of hazardous waste.
