Property Disposition, Rehabilitation and Development

Known as the Community Redevelopment Law

In undertaking rehabilitation of structures pursuant to this part, every redevelopment agency shall, on or before February 15th of each year, commencing with February 15, 1963, render a report to the Legislature setting forth in detail the activities of the agency involving rehabilitation, including, but not limited to, each of the following:

(a) Expenditure of public funds.

(b) Number and kinds of units rehabilitated.

(c) Disposition of rehabilitated units.
