Taxation

Whenever any redevelopment agency is authorized to, and does, expressly pledge taxes allocated to, and paid into a special fund of, the agency pursuant to Section 33670, to secure, directly or indirectly, the obligations of the agency including, but not limited to, bonded indebtedness and agreements pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 33401, then that pledge heretofore or hereafter made shall have priority over any other claim to those taxes not secured by a prior express pledge of those taxes.
