Known as the Housing Authorities Law
The act spans §§ 34200–34380 (141 sections).
Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1309, Sec. 3.
“Tenant” means a person lawfully residing in rental housing provided by or through an authority, including persons residing in leased housing.
A person residing in leased housing is not a tenant of any authority other than the authority contracting with the owner, or the owner if the owner is an authority.
