Added by Stats. 1975, Ch. 957.

A district may issue a permit to authorize agricultural burning on days designated by the state board pursuant to Section 41855 as nonburning days when denial of such a permit would threaten imminent and substantial economic loss.

The report shall include the number of such permits issued, the date of issuance of each permit, the person to whom each permit was issued, and any other information requested by the state board.
