Cal. Health & Safety Code § 41903

Thirty days after the adoption of air pollution standards for sandblasting operations, the committee shall adjourn. Thereafter, it may meet at least once annually upon the call of the chairman of the committee to review the standards in light of changes in sandblasting technology.
