Cal. Health & Safety Code § 50052

Definitions

Known as the Zenovich-Moscone-Chacon Housing and Home Finance Act

“Affirmative marketing program” means any program approved by the agency that is designed to achieve greater access to housing opportunities created by this division for members of disadvantaged racial, sexual, religious, ancestral, or national-origin groups. Such program shall include educational, promotional, and other appropriate activity designed to secure greater housing opportunities for the members of such groups. Where a significant number of persons in a community have limited fluency in the English language, publications implementing an affirmative marketing program in that community shall be provided in the native language of such persons.
