Statewide Housing Plan
Known as the Zenovich-Moscone-Chacon Housing and Home Finance Act
The act spans §§ 50000–54913 (995 sections).
Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 341, Sec. 2
For purposes of this chapter:
(a) “Department” means the Department of Housing and Community Development.
(b) “Plan” means the California Statewide Housing Plan described in Section 50421.
(c) “Plan period” means the year the plan is revised and at least the four additional years ahead.
