Preservation Interim Loan Programs
Known as the Zenovich-Moscone-Chacon Housing and Home Finance Act
The act spans §§ 50000–54913 (995 sections).

The definitions contained in Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 50050) of Part 1 shall apply to this chapter, except as follows:
(a) “Assisted housing development” has the same meaning as in paragraph (3) of subdivision (a) of Section 65863.10 of the Government Code.
(b) “Fund” means the Preservation Opportunity Fund created by Section 50601.
