Protection of Trade Secrets

Known as the Carpenter-Presley-Tanner Hazardous Substance Account Act

The act spans §§ 78000–81050 (357 sections).

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 257, Sec. 2

Any person providing information pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 78440 shall, at the time of its submission, identify all information that the person believes is a trade secret. Any information or record not identified as a trade secret is available to the public, unless exempted from disclosure by other provisions of law.
