Group Life Policies

Known as the Health Insurance Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 10110 to 11549 (1,209 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Except as provided in this chapter, in every group policy issued by a domestic life insurer, the employer is the policyholder for all purposes within the meaning of this code. If entitled to vote at meetings of the insurer, he shall be entitled to one vote.
