Cal. Ins. Code § 10462

Registration of Life Policies

Known as the Health Insurance Disclosure Act

The act spans §§ 10110–11549 (1,209 sections).

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Should any insurer thus registering policies become insolvent, the commissioner may reinsure all or any part of such registered policies, using the securities thus deposited for that purpose.
