Individual Access to Contracts for Health Care Services

Known as the Health Insurance Disclosure Act

In connection with the offering for sale of any health benefit plan designed to an individual, each carrier shall make a reasonable disclosure, as part of its solicitation and sales materials, of all individual contracts.
