Cal. Ins. Code § 1966

Loss in Marine Insurance

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

In addition to the liability mentioned in section 1965, a marine insurer is liable, up to the amount insured, for damages, expenses of discharging, storage, reshipment, extra freightage, and all other expenses incurred in saving cargo reshipped pursuant to section 1965.
