Loss in Marine Insurance

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

Upon an abandonment, acts done subsequent to the loss and in good faith by persons who at the time were the insured’s agents in respect to the subject matter insured, are at the risk of the insurer, and for his benefit.
