Cal. Ins. Code § 392

Any exception from the risk generally covered by a policy of insurance which insures property for the period of time when such property is under the dominion and control of a party other than the insured for the purpose of storage or for the purpose of transferring such property to another location shall be printed in at least eight-point blackface type.
