Cal. Ins. Code § 720

Certificate of Authority

Added by Stats. 1965, Ch. 1044.

The commissioner may after notice and hearing promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations, and amendments and additions thereto, as are necessary or convenient to carry out the purposes and provisions of this code governing the issuance, suspension and revocation of certificates of authority. Any such rule or regulation shall be promulgated in accordance with the procedure provided in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 11371) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
