Cal. Ins. Code § 883

Registration of Insurers’ Names

Enacted by Stats. 1935, Ch. 145.

An underwriter’s policy may be issued under a name thus registered and shall clearly show:

(a) The names of the insurers guaranteeing it.

(b) The severalty of the contract.

(c) The proportion of the premium to be paid to each insurer.

(d) The proportion of liability which each assumes.
