Definitions

Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 808, Sec. 1

For purposes of this division, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) “Association” means the Association of Cooperative Labor Contractors.

(b) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Labor and Workforce Development.
