General Provisions
Known as the Equitable Outdoor Access Act
The act spans §§ 1000 to 1003 (4 sections).
Added by Stats. 2022, Ch. 939, Sec. 1
(a) This division shall be known, and may be cited, as the Equitable Outdoor Access Act.
(b) This division sets forth the state’s commitment to ensuring all Californians can benefit from, and have meaningful and sustainable access to, the state’s rich cultural and natural resources.
