Bonds
Known as the Resort Improvement District Law
The act spans §§ 13000–13233 (105 sections).
Added by Stats. 1961, Ch. 2069.
The board may, by resolution, do the following:
(a) Submit to voters a measure to issue new bonds to refund any or all of the district bonds outstanding.
(b) Submit to the voters of any improvement area a measure to issue new bonds to refund any improvement area bonds outstanding.
