Organization and Membership

(a) The commission shall meet twice a month, and may meet in subcommittee with authority to conduct hearings within special areas of interest. The public shall be given reasonable prior notice of the time and place of commission meetings, and all such meetings shall be open to the public.

(b) All meetings of the commission shall be held at a place reasonably convenient to its members and the public in a meeting room that affords adequate space for its members, its staff, the news media, and the public that may reasonably be expected to attend the meeting.
