Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 26574

Powers of a District

Added by Stats. 1979, Ch. 1118.

A district may do all of the following:

(a) Sue and be sued.

(b) Make, amend, and repeal bylaws.

(c) Have a seal.

(d) Exercise all powers necessary or incidental to carry out the purposes of this division.
