Definitions

Known as the California Coastal Act

The act spans §§ 30000–30900 (326 sections).

Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 1330.

“Feasible” means capable of being accomplished in a successful manner within a reasonable period of time, taking into account economic, environmental, social, and technological factors.
