California Ocean Resources Management Program
Known as the California Ocean Resources Management Act
The act spans §§ 36000–36500 (25 sections).
Amended by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1027, Sec. 5.
The California Ocean Resources Management Program consists of all of the following:
(a) The Ocean Resources Task Force.
(b) The California Ocean Resources Advisory Committee.
(c) The report and plan prepared and adopted pursuant to Chapter 6 (commencing with Section 36500).
