Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 3852

General Provisions

Known as the Methane Gas Hazards Reduction Act

The act spans §§ 3850–3865 (10 sections).

Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1322, Sec. 3.

The Legislature further finds and declares that, due to the cost and complexity of methane hazard mitigations, property owners and local governments are often unable to mitigate these hazards.
