Minor Waste Tire Facility Permits
Known as the California Integrated Waste Management Act
The act spans §§ 40000–49654 (1,051 sections).
Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 35, Sec. 24
The regulations for minor waste tire facility permits shall include, but not be limited to, all of the following:
(a) Fire prevention measures.
(b) Vector control measures.
(c) Other measures determined by the board to be necessary to protect the public health and safety.
